A blend of comfort and charm
Woke up to the aroma of fresh Brazilian coffee and a good breakfast spread. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The courtyard pool was a refreshing bonus! The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to public transport bringing you to Copacabana and Ipanema.
Despite these positives, the noise from the lively street nights could be bothersome, especially if you prefer quiet. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of age and could benefit from better maintenance.

Rooms were clean with a nice balcony. Noise from the street made it tough to sleep some nights.

Inconvenient location near busy street with heavy traffic. Reports of nearby favelas feel unsettling. Limited TV channels, some rooms had issues with Wi-Fi stability, and certain cleaning practices impacted comfort, like windows left open and air conditioning turned off by staff.

Neat place, staff are affable, location is particularly good. I have to mention the great breakfast with fresh fruits and cheese, for example.

The room was impeccably clean with 6 beds in total, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. Location: the hotel was just off the Beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The clean, spacious room was complemented by a lovely balcony and an amazing shower. The bustling Lapa district is full of life, making for enjoyable evening walks. The breakfast, especially the pineapple cake, was a highlight. it was a solid stay at a budget-friendly price.

We stayed for 1 night. First we got a room which was on the noisy side of the hotel. Luckily the hotel changed our room to another for free which was perfectly quiet. Room was very good, clean and modern. Breakfast fast also very nice. Recommended!
A bit far away from Copacapana/Ipanema/Leblon, but you can easily travel with bus+metro combination.

The hotel is really good, very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The only problem is that the streets around the hotel are a little noisy

The breakfast was enjoyable with tasty options, especially the cakes. The rooms were a good size, simple yet comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with great amenities. The hotel has two buildings. There are three meeting rooms available for events and networking opportunities, a plus for business travelers.
Noise from the street can be bothersome at night.

The location was very convenient for where I needed to be in Centro. The restaurant was very good for dinner. Breakfast buffet (included) was okay. The wi-fi in the room worked well. The entire hotel, lobby, hallways, etc. were maintained very well.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable; way too hard. The rooms were very small and difficult to move around in. No hot water at bathroom sink; just shower. No face cloths (wash cloths); only towels. The remote for the ac didn't work so you had to reach way up or stand on bed to turn on and off.

The hotel is an economical option with easy access to the Municipal Theatre, where we enjoyed catching a show with the kids.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

They were always polite
We made a reservation for a triple room and we received a double room. They changed it immediately, but this is never nice. During the night there was a lot of rumour on the street. During breakfast, the already cleaned up the table before we were ready.

Ok value for money.
Poor internet connection in the sixth floor. Room was hardly any larger than the bed...
