Woke up to the aroma of fresh Brazilian coffee and a delightful breakfast spread. the staff was always smiling and helpful. The courtyard pool was a refreshing bonus! The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to public transport bringing you to Copacabana and Ipanema.

Despite these positives, the noise from the lively street nights could be bothersome, especially if you prefer quiet. Some areas of the hotel showed signs of age and could benefit from better maintenance.

The availability of three meeting rooms also made it convenient for business purposes.

I enjoyed my stay with its amazing accessibility to public transport and a big supermarket right across the street. The breakfast was decent, especially with a nice selection of coffee to kickstart the day. However, being in a bustling area like Lapa means it can get noisy at night, but if you’re there to soak in the local vibes, it’s definitely a plus!
